COMMUNITY SUPPORT
A little help.
More possibility.
You have something worth building. Sometimes, a little help with a website or Studio is what makes the next step possible.
When our schedule allows, we take on select projects at a reduced cost or completely free. Tell me what you’re working on. We’ll see what we can do together.
Tell me about your projectSmall businesses. Independent artists. Community projects.
A SIMPLE START
Tell me the idea.
We’ll take it from there.
- 01
A few words from you.
What are you building, and where could a little support make a difference? No formal pitch needed.
- 02
We talk it through.
I personally review requests. If it looks like a fit and I have room, we’ll have a conversation.
- 03
We agree on a plan.
That could mean a reduced-cost project, a free build, or a smaller first step. We’ll agree on the work and any ongoing costs before starting.
YOUR NEXT STEP
What are you
working on?
A few sentences are plenty. Tell me what would help and anything you’d like me to understand.
You don’t need a large following, a finished brand, or a perfect business plan to start a conversation.
Requests are considered individually, as time and resources allow. Applying doesn’t guarantee a project.
REQUEST RECEIVED
A good place
to begin.
Your request is saved for Chris to review as time allows. Thank you for reaching out.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Good questions.
Honest answers.
Who is this for?
Small businesses, independent artists, and community or nonprofit projects that could use a hand getting online. You don’t need to be a nonprofit to ask.
What kind of support is possible?
A reduced-cost website, a free build, help getting Studio set up, or a smaller project that solves the thing holding you back. Each arrangement depends on the project and the time we have available.
What about hosting and other costs?
We’ll put the scope in writing, including whether hosting, a domain, or ongoing service is included, for how long, and any costs after that. You’ll know the arrangement before agreeing to the work.
Do I have to share my story publicly?
No. Publicity, testimonials, and portfolio permission are optional and discussed separately. You can ask for help without agreeing to be featured.
When will I hear back?
Requests are reviewed as our schedule allows. We can’t promise a response date or accept every project. If we think we can help, Chris will reach out to talk through the next step.
Good people.
Good things to build.
