Referral Partner Agreement

By typing your name and selecting the agreement checkbox, you agree to the following terms. You can save or print this page. Your account records the accepted version, date, typed name, commission schedule and a fingerprint of these terms.
1. Your role
You introduce prospective customers to Daniele Labs. We handle pricing, customer agreements, payment, design, delivery and support. You do not need to buy anything, pay a joining fee, meet a quota, or recruit anyone. You cannot bind Daniele Labs, promise results, quote unapproved prices, collect customer payments, or represent yourself as an employee. You must be 18 or older and able to participate in the United States. You are responsible for taxes and your own expenses.
2. What earns a commission
An eligible referral is a new customer who submits our dedicated referral inquiry form using your valid code before entering an active sales discussion with us, purchases an eligible website project, pays the full agreed website fee, and completes the project. We verify attribution against existing leads and customer records. Self-referrals, duplicate claims, existing customers or active leads, spam, fraudulent transactions, cancelled projects and unpaid projects do not qualify. The first verified referral inquiry for that customer controls attribution. A code cannot override an existing introduction. Separate project milestones and split payments are one project, not extra commissions.
3. Customer discounts and flat commission schedule
For eligible new referrals under this offer, the customer receives a website discount equal to the agreed direct referral reward. Standard package price → customer discount → customer pays → referrer reward: $375 → $75 → $300 → $75; $750 → $150 → $600 → $150; $1,125 → $225 → $900 → $225; $1,500 → $300 → $1,200 → $300; $3,125 → $625 → $2,500 → $625; $3,750 → $750 → $3,000 → $750; $7,500 → $1,500 → $6,000 → $1,500. These are current standard prices, not claims about former prices. Package scope is specified in the customer quote.
We verify the code and eligibility before booking. The customer discount is listed on the approved website quote or invoice before payment. One referral discount and one reward per project; no stacking with other offers or self-referrals. A custom quote states the standard website fee, discount, and referral reward before the customer agrees. The net website fee below is after the referral discount. The customer discount is separate from the partner’s cash reward and does not shorten the reward hold. Getting a code or submitting an inquiry alone earns no cash reward.
Eligible net website design/development fee → total direct referral commission: $300–$599.99 → $75; $600–$899.99 → $150; $900–$1,199.99 → $225; $1,200–$2,499.99 → $300; $2,500–$2,999.99 → $625; $3,000–$5,999.99 → $750; $6,000 or more → $1,500. No commission below $300. A custom price uses the bracket it reaches, never an invented percentage. No cap on the number of eligible referrals. All amounts are USD.
Net website fee excludes taxes, domain registration, hosting, maintenance subscriptions, third-party purchases, pass-through charges and refunded amounts. Refunds may reduce the applicable bracket or eliminate eligibility. A sale has one commission pool. Any special team split must be separately agreed in writing and comes from that pool, not on top of it. This signup enrolls you as a direct referrer, not a team manager.
4. Hold and monthly payout
The 30-calendar-day hold starts on the latest of: the date full customer payment clears, the date the website project is completed, and the end of the applicable customer refund/cancellation period. If any of those dates is unknown, there is no scheduled payout yet. For a customer with an ongoing monthly plan, a second successful scheduled charge must also clear before eligibility. A duplicate charge or retry of the first charge does not count. A known refund, cancellation, payment dispute, suspected fraud or incomplete verification pauses eligibility until resolved. No payout is earned merely by a deposit or introduction.
Eligible balances are reviewed in a monthly batch on the first of the following calendar month, using America/Los_Angeles time. If the first is not a banking day, processing starts on the next banking day. We aim to initiate approved payments within five business days of that batch date. Bank or payment-service delivery time is additional. A valid payout method, any required tax information and completed verification are required. Estimated dates are conditional targets, not guarantees. There is no minimum payout threshold.
We arrange payout details privately after verification. Do not submit bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or tax documents through the referral form or dashboard. Signup does not authorize automatic bank withdrawals or money transfers.
5. Refunds and later reversals
A hold reduces risk but cannot prevent later chargebacks or refunds. Pending commissions may be reduced or voided when the underlying sale is refunded, cancelled, reversed or determined ineligible. Once an eligible commission has been paid, Daniele Labs absorbs ordinary later customer refunds, cancellations and chargebacks. We do not claw back those commissions or offset them against your future ordinary earnings. Paid history is preserved. Fraud, collusion, duplicate commission payments and payment errors are exceptions: we may seek correction or repayment with documented notice. We never debit your bank account automatically. You can request the basis of an adjustment through the private partner support page.
6. Honest, respectful referrals
Make genuine introductions. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape contacts, buy ads using our name without written permission, make guaranteed-income claims, or imply you have used services you have not used. Clearly disclose the incentive wherever you recommend us: “I may earn a referral fee if you hire Daniele Labs.” Tell people about the incentive before they act on the recommendation. You are paid for eligible customer projects, not recruiting other referrers.
Your initial code uses your first name and three random digits. You may choose an available last-name, nickname or custom code through your private dashboard. The first customization is available immediately, with one further change every 30 days. Previous codes stay assigned to your account and cannot be claimed by someone else. Daniele Labs may override the cooldown to correct a problem or refuse misleading or abusive codes. Codes identify referral attribution and may qualify an eligible new customer for the discount confirmed in their quote. Codes never grant account access.
7. Tracking and privacy
Your unique link opens a dedicated inquiry form with your code. Sharing a code alone is not proof of a sale. We store your account name, email, code, accepted agreement and referral records to operate the program. Customer names, emails and project details are available to authorized administrators; partners see a business label, status, commission and dates, not customer contact information or payment credentials. The dashboard refreshes from the admin-verified ledger approximately every minute while open. Payment processor synchronization is not connected at launch. Manual verification can delay updates. We do not promise live bank status.
WordPress handles account login and password recovery. You may request account closure and correction of personal data through the private partner support page. We retain agreement, commission and audit records as needed for accounting, disputes and applicable obligations. No contact lists are uploaded and no customer financial details are collected by this plugin.
8. Changes and participation
Either party can end participation. Earned eligible commissions remain subject to these terms. Future rate changes apply only to new referrals after notice and acceptance of updated terms; existing accepted referrals retain their recorded schedule. We may suspend abusive or fraudulent participation. Examples in the calculator are hypothetical gross commissions before taxes and expenses. They are not typical results, wages or guaranteed income.
